Pork Chops and Cabbage

I was feeling particularly wintery today and went with a warming, traditional dish that seemed appropriate for the winter holiday season.

Pork Chops and Braised Cabbage
Pan roasted brined pork chop with roasted garlic,mustard, black pepper, and rosemary. Slow braised cabbage with carrots and onions. Sauteed shaved broccoli with lemon, pepper, and Pinot Gris. Homemade ginger and white wine apple sauce.
